My warlock has the spell Silver Arrows of Arha. When he casts it, a bow appears in his hand but I can't target anything. Then it says the spell wore off. What am I doing wrong?

Well, warlock has pathetic ballistic skill, saw one in tavern with 16.
Conjured bow gives 3 attacks and 24 range, doesn't affect BS or give any perks from what I could tell.
Factor in distance and cover penalties, and you can't hit anything, ergo can't target anything. So it's worthless for warlock.
At least that's my understanding of it.

You'll need to be in bow range.
Best way I've found with the silver arrows is to use the spell is to treat your warlock like an archer, give him a few BS boosts and it does make it worthwhile. Arrows can be more damaging than the fireball with that mthe and training
