When starting a battle, enemies are always hidden. It's not the same for my team. I think it's really unfair. There are missions where you have to take a point after (usually) 10 turns. That means that my team starts quite near the enemy, and if they have a really high initiative they can shoot down 1 (sometimes 2!) warrior! That happens often in other kind of missions. AND the enemy is not revealed for shooting! Fight against a team full of marksman with gun (Hotcland favourite weapon) can be really unbalanced if we start visible and enemy not.
