Since a couple of days the pc app of the game doesn't run
Hi, where in the game are you seeing this error message?
right before the Legendsry Gsmes logo > warhmmer > first load
I'm having some difficulty reproducing this bug, which browser are you using?
Windows I0, Chrome...
But 3/4 days ago I really didn't have any problem with the game
so what shall I do?
Could you try clearing your browser cache? To clear the cache for Mordheim close the page, then go to chrome://settings/siteData and search for "mordheim". Click delete for "client.mordheim.legendary-games.com" and then reopen Mordheim and see whether that fixes it. Let me know if you still have issues after trying that.

The warband is something like "Badasss" (I don't remember with how many S)

Could you go to chrome://settings/help and let me know what your Google Chrome version is? If it is out of date then could you update it please? Thanks

the music just stop and the screen is freeze

Currently it would be difficult for us to transfer your warband over to mobile, could you try a couple more things? Could you try loading the game in Incognitio mode and see whether you still get the error? If that doesn't work could you try using a different browser (Microsoft Edge or Firefox should work) and see whether that works? Thanks

Great! Sounds like its a caching issue to me. Can you try going out of Incognitio mode and going to Settings -> Clear Browsing Data -> Advanced -> Uncheck all boxes except for the box labelled Cached images and files -> Clear Data. Then try reloading the game and see whether it fixes it. If you can't remember your password its possible we can change it for you - let us know if you need us to do that
